Analyze accurately each and every project by involving qualified professionals,
     work out feasibility report, pre-during-post project reports.

With Architects/consultants to ensure understanding and availability of all
      working drawings and specifications, prior to project commencement.

Work in close coordination with internal/external departments i.e. Planning,
      Architecture, Consultants, Sanction & Approval, Material management etc.

Ensure completion of project as per plan, adhering to quality & safety
     specifications including compliance to cost and budget and accepted
     wastage norms.

Ensure zero tolerance in highest level of safety implementation and strict
      supervision.

Ensure completion of the project in all respects, in coordination with Sales
     Department resulting in smooth possession of flats to the customers.

Timely and effective MIS reporting to the concerned client, consultant, specialists
     as required.
