 Define and detail the project plan (Activities / Time lines) with Specifications,
       prestart estimates in consultation with clients, Architects, consultants, etc.

 Prepare the check list register for stage wise clearances, documentations
       necessary for project implementation, time schedule for obtaining these
       permissions.

 Intensive quantity-surveying and giving detailed BOQ and estimates
      define permitted standards wastage for each of them.

 Monitoring the project- Planned Vs Actual, at predetermined intervals.
       Prepare construction cash flow chart and maintenance of records.

 Constructing every projects with a high quality with in the stipulated time
      with the latest technology available at the point of time.
