     specifications & standards.

Providing value engineering on usage of alternate materials and methodology to
     control the budget and the timelines.

Maintain risk register and flag it on regular intervals for long lead, critical items
     which are crucial for the completion of the project.

Check and report on the quality of work and ensure effective rectification if
      necessary, as per standard practice and maintain Action Taken Report (ATR).

Maintain all required documents related to safety and quality.
